Role and Responsibilities of Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil


Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has always been recognised as the most down to earth person in the State Cabinet. His role has been very significant during the Lok Sabha election and he gave 100% justice to the responsibility bestowed upon him during that assignment. For the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections in Maharashtra, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil is being expected to play a fundamental role through means of implementation of different strategies, party organisation, publicity of the BJP, increasing the morale of party activists, and strengthening public relations, etc.

In this blog, our attempt is that of elaborating the role of Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil for the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections. Shri Chandrakant Patil was appointed as the Guardian Minister of Pune district and BJP Chief Maharashtra recently. It is said that these appointments are also in line with the work of the Vidhan Sabha election campaign. Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has a good reputation in Pune city and hence, the BJP senior circle had appointed him for the Baramati election campaign during the Lok Sabha elections. During this campaign, it was noticeable that he had good public relations and communication with party activists. He also delegated different responsibilities to party activists. Unfortunately, the Baramati Lok Sabha constituency was lost by the BJP during the national election, but securing it wasn’t easy for the NCP either. During this election, Mr Patil came across as a tough challenge for the NCP, the entire point of discussion being that the BJP candidate Mrs Kanchan Kul could defeat Mrs Supriya Sule in that election.
After the election, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil was admired by all for his down to earth attitude and honest hard work towards the party. In this situation, the Guardian Minister of Pune Mr Girish Bapat was elected as the MP, and the position of the Guardian Minister, therefore, became vacant. Thereafter, BJP seniors appointed Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil as the new Guardian Minister of Pune district. He has also done 100% justice to this position during tough natural calamities such as flooding, the wall collapse incident and many other such instances. Mr Patil had started his work as the Guardian Minister of Pune with great enthusiasm, continuous meeting with the district collector and other authorities. His working style is well-liked by the citizens of Pune and they also hope that Dada Patil will accelerate different pending development initiatives in the city, including the much-awaited Metro work.
Right after this, Mr Chandrakant Patil was also appointed as the BJP Chief of Maharashtra. He is the most sought-after person when it comes to strengthening and organizing the party since he has had a commendable experience of 40+ years with the organisation. His ABVP work experience has been extremely useful for strengthening BJP and carrying out its publicity work in Maharashtra. When Mr Patil was appointed as the BJP Chief of Maharashtra, it was discussed that this decision has been made to collapse the NCP in Maharashtra. Also, it is said that his Lok Sabha election campaign work has been noticed by the central BJP authorities and these new appointments are an indirect acknowledgement of his outstanding work for the party. 
Mr Patil’s appointment as BJP State President has also been a matter of pride for Kolhapur. This sort of political journey for any politician of Kolhapur has never been observed in its history. Now Mr Patil is all set to participate in the state elections through the Kothrud-Pune constituency. He is receiving great response from the citizens of Kothrud and they have higher expectations from him as their MLA. On 21st October, Maharashtra elections will commence and on 24th October, with the election results, the picture will be clear. One thing is sure that it will be a great platform for Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil to be the MLA of Kothrud-Pune constituency and also to line-up different pending works, development initiatives for this area and city.

The month of October has been very happening for the Maharashtra state with reference to changed political equations, the elections, and the election results. Finally, on the 24th October election result has been declared and people have given a clear mandate to the BJP- Shiv Sena alliance.
