Vashi APMC Will Get International Quality Facilities and Infrastructure

Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil recently promised that the State Government is committed to providing international level infrastructure and facilities to Vashi-Mumbai Agriculture Produce Market Committee (APMC). Vashi Mumbai APMC has been the biggest marketplace in Asia. On the inauguration of 285 new shops at the market complex- Sambhaji Maharaj Bhajipala Campus, Mr Chandrakant Patil expressed his desire to avail world-class infrastructure to Vashi APMC. 

Honourable Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil attended the inaugural ceremony of 285 shops in Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Campus, Market Complex Vashi. During this ceremony, the PWD Minister said that many structural changes are needed in the an adequate scope to agriculture supplementary businesses in the marketplace agricultural produce market committee. According to Mr Patil, there should be and accordingly, the marketplace should avail necessary shops and

produce should be processed and exported internationally as per the infrastructure to the supplementary businesses. He also added that agricultural international quality standards and norms. He also instructed APMC Administrator, assure its strong and prominent international presence, though he is not a Mr Satish Soni to design the required proposal for promoting export trade practices. Mr Patil also assured that he will try to groom Vashi APMC and will Cooperation Minister at present. 

This inaugural function was also attended by MLA Manda Mhatre, Annasaheb Economic Development Corporation Board President Mr Narendra Patil, Vadar Committee President Mr Vijay Chougule, APMC Administrator Mr Satish Soni, Former Sabhapati Shubhangi Patil, Navi Mumbai BJP President Mr Ramachandra Gharat, etc.

During this function,Honourable Revenue Minister Mr Chandrakant Patil also added that it is the right time to restore the identity and glory of flood-hit areas in Maharashtra. For this purpose, the

“Aapda Accounts” will be opened and all BJP MLA, Corporators will contribute their one-month salary towards the flood relief funds. Also, all BJP flood-affected villages.  authorities will contribute financially to the setup of schools in a hundred
