Organisation of Krutadyanta Melava At Kolhapur

The Maratha community reservation decision has been the greatest achievement of the BJP Government in its first tenure in the state. Honourable Chief Minister, Mr Devendra Fadnavis and Honourable Revenue Minister, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil are credited for this historical decision. Maratha community reservation demand was pending for the last 40 years and the present government could achieve it with its systematic approach, planning and legal and law expert’s workforce. Finally, the High Court has stamped on the order of 12 to 13% reservation for the Maratha community in government services and education. 

In Maharashtra state, the Maratha community comprises of 10% of the population and their reservation demand was the most prolonged demand since 1968. Congress Government tried to offer reservation to Maratha community, but their casual approach couldn't grab any success in this project. The BJP Government under the leadership of Honourable Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis considered this demand with higher attention and employed the expert panel for its legal complications and consideration. Due to all these collaborative efforts, the Maratha community reservation has been possible, and it is the biggest milestone of the present government. 

Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil is well respected for his support to the fulfilment of Maratha community demand. For this, Kolhapur citizens and Sakal Maratha Samaj Kolhapur have organised one function to thank different stakeholders associated with the Maratha reservation campaign. The Krutadyantya Melava has been organised by Sakal Maratha Samaj at Keshavrao Bhosale Auditorium. During this event Revenue Minister Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil, MP Sambhaji Raje, Former Chief Minister Narayan Rane, MLA Nitesh Rane, and other stakeholders will be felicitated for their contribution in Maratha reservation achievement. 

The Sakal Maratha Samaj organisation representatives have appealed to all the people to be present during this event. Also, the event will be attended by other political leaders, Members of Parliament, MLA and eminent from different fields. 

The programme host Mr Jayesh Kadam informed that the prolonged demand of Maratha community reservation has been legally approved due to the efforts of the present government. This decision has given justice to the Maratha community. This campaign has included many experts and stakeholders as part of this campaign with their important cooperation and guidance. It is the time to say thanks to all these pillars and to celebrate the success. For this purpose, Krutadnyata Melava grand celebration has been organised in Kolhapur. 

The programme will be attended by many community representatives; it will be also attended by Maratha Mahasangh Chief Shashikant Pawar, Maratha Seva Sangh Adhyaksh Purushottam Khedekar, Senior law expert Mr Satish Mane and Advocate Abhijit Patil, etc.

Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has been recognised as the true face of Maratha community leadership and he also played a great role in Maratha reservation process achievement. Due to his outstanding contribution in the Maratha community reservation process, he is being felicitated by Sakal Maratha Community at Kolhapur.  The Maratha community reservation has been the greatest decision of the BJP Government and this decision will help many people from the Maratha community.
