Ganesh Festival Celebration in Pune
Ganesh festival is the
biggest festival of the year and when it comes to Pune its holiness and
significance increases exceptionally. Ganesh Chaturthi to Anant Chaturdashi
these 10 days are observed as the Ganesh festival in Maharashtra. It is
simply “Anada-Parv” for all. The festival is enjoyed by all despite age,
gender, and communities in Maharashtra because it is the festival of Aaradhya
Daivat Ganesh, our beloved Bappa.
Ganesh festival is celebrated at personal and social levels in
Maharashtra. Legendary freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak started the social
celebration of Ganesh festival in Maharashtra in order to drive unity,
togetherness in different communities for freedom fighting movement.
Traditional Maharashtrian people continued the trend with Ganpati Bappa Puja at
their homes as well as at community centres, clubs, social groups, societies,
etc. Ganesh festival season is highly devotional, and people praise their
favourite Bappa. When every single person in the state is completely engulfed
within the joy of celebrating the ongoing Ganesh Festival, how could the very
Guardian minister of Pune Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil not have contributed his
bit?
Well, BJP Maharashtra Chief
Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has been appointed as the Guardian
Minister of Pune district recently. Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil prefers to
participate in various cultural, colourful and fun-loving events along with his
social responsibilities and work. This year, Honourable Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil
has been privileged to participate in Pune- style Ganesh festival and celebrate
the great occasion.
Recently, Mr Patil posted a
few tweets regarding his participation in the holy Ganesh festival. One of the
most striking tweets was that Honourable Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil
inaugurated automatic robot at Kesari Wada Ganpati. Yes, it's strange but true.
You will be surprised, but this robot is installed to distribute Prasad to the
devotees. Technical advancements are transforming each and every sector these
days, in line with these transformations isn't it a great example of
innovation? The Tata Automation Lab has prepared an automatic robot to
distribute Prasad to the devotees and this robot has been installed at Kesari
Wada, Pune. Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil was privileged to inaugurate this
robot. Even Mr Patil was surprised with this initiative and he immediately
posted the relevant video on his Twitter handle.
Despite his busy schedule, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil
also visited Sai Mitra Mandal Ganapati in Pune. This club has presented the
model of the Vitthal Temple of Pandharpur and it has been a huge attraction to
the devotees. Chandrakant Dada Patil prayed God Vitthal for wealth and
happiness in Maharashtra. During this event, MP for Pune, Honourable Mr Girish
Bapat and Pune Corporator and Mandal President Mr Muralidhar Mohol were
present.
Honourable Mr Chandrakant
Dada Patil always bringforth his social responsiveness through different
initiatives. This year he enjoyed the Pune style Ganesh festival but along with
this, he also promoted the technical innovation employed by Kesari Wada Ganpati
and Tata Automation Lab through this festival. It won't be wrong if we say that
this robot has been the most discussed topic in the Pune Ganesh festival this
year. Mr Patil always say that devotion, and concept of God vary according to
each person’s thought process, but it is better to take good from every
phenomenon and principles. He strongly believes that the positive vibrations
emitted through these festivals are highly important and it becomes the energy
for future tasks and work drives. Hats off to Honourable Revenue Minister Shri
Chandrakant Dada Patil’s thought process… Ganpati Bappa Morya…
