decisions with reference to the revenue department services. This Department
has taken significant decisions which are in line with the plan of Digital

achievement of the Revenue Minister is the implementation of a digitised system
for 7 /12 extract along with a digital signature to prove its authenticity. The
system has reduced a load from farmers and rural people to visit the government
offices for 7/12 extract request and its further processing. It's highly

mapping of the land and preparation of the property card accordingly. Secondly,
it will also define the exact locations of the town roads, water bodies, the
government reserved landscapes and it will help to prevent the encroachment of

the process of taxing, construction permissions, avoidance of encroachment.
Finally, as plot maps will be available at ease, the process of home loan
acquisition will be simplified. This can improve the financial and industrial
importance of the town or village. It will also be useful to resolve conflicts
related to land ownership.
