Tug-OF-War with Police Staff


Honourable Guardian Minister of Kolhapur district, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil always engages himself in different programmes, initiatives, and activities. Despite having the headship of multiple departments in the State Cabinet, Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil also enjoys his life with many colorful, fun-loving events. His presence and participation in such type of events really demonstrate how down to earth kind of person he is. While attending the sports tournament arranged for the Police Department, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil also enjoyed the Tug-of-war match with Police Department staff. And you will wonder to know he defeated Police Department authorities in this game. 

Yes, it's true… on November 2017, there was a Police Department sports tournament arranged in Kolhapur city. Honourable Guardian Minister of Kolhapur district, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil also attended the final matches in this tournament. But the surprise was that the final match was organised between politicians and police officials and it was a tug of war game between them. During this match, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil was also accompanied by BJP MLA Amal Mahadik and MHADA President Samarjeet Singh Ghatge. On the other hand, the police team was led by Honourable Mr Vishwas Nangare Patil. 
It was a fantastic match between the two teams, and it was predicted that Mr Vishwas Nangare Patil’s team would win the match since police authorities used to practice sports activities and keep themselves fit. But surprisingly it didn't happen. The politician's team led by Honourable Revenue Minister, Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil won the match that day. It was a pleasant surprise for sports lovers, and they cheered their beloved leader. Mr Patil had also emphasized the significance of physical fitness during this event.
Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil’s pleasant appearance in social events is always inspiring to all and is graceful too. Being the Guardian Minister of Kolhapur district, he attends different events in Kolhapur. Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil has been a great inspiration for students, farmers, and youth in the district. His affection for sports and efforts to build the sports culture development in Kolhapur and vicinity are prominently noticed. He has been a great motivator and guide to Kolhapur’s star performer Ms Tejaswini Sawant. His participation in the student’s trips, tourism-based programmes and different sports and cultural initiatives distinguishes him from other politicians. His down to earth nature has become his greatest strength and that helps him to strengthen his public relations. All these factors collectively help Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil to empower BJP in western and southern Maharashtra belt.
