Incredible Elaboration On “Karyakarta- Karta Dharta” Theme


While State elections are arriving soon in Maharashtra on 21st October, BJP leaders are motivating voters and party workers in a number of ways. Recently, one Twitter campaign has been launched by all BJP leaders with the hashtag “Karyakarta- Karta Dharta” which is especially dedicated to inspire and appreciate all BJP activists who work on behalf of the party. BJP’s Chief Maharashtra Honourable Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has changed his Twitter handle cover page with “Karyakarta-Karta Dharta” hashtag to honour all the BJP party workers.

The basic theme behind this cover page and hashtag is to respect and appreciate all party workers who work hard for the growth of BJP. Honourable Revenue Minister Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has posted a video on Twitter to explain this concept. In this video, he has elaborated the concept of “Karyakarta- Karta Dharta” by saying that this thought process is in line with the Great King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s thought process. According to Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj used to respect and include all his Mavalas or Swaraj Karyakarta in his work and process. Due to the trust displayed by King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj towards his Karyakartas, all these Mavalas were loyal and faithful with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his aim of achieving Swarajya. This all-inclusive approach of Shivaji Maharaj has resulted in a big team of Mavalas that supported Swarajya and in many cases, they sacrificed their lives for this freedom movement.
Honourable BJP Chief Maharashtra Shri Chandrakant Patil has also appreciated the work style of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj which has been a great example of organisation, resource management and delegation of authority. King Shivaji Maharaj also worked on the creation of sourajya by safety, security, water management, market management and all other aspects of day to day routine. He set an exemplary model to demonstrate how the management should be with his unique organising and planning skills. But all this was achieved due to the inclusion of Mavalas in every process. He always respected each and every stakeholder of Swarajya and tried to include all these stakeholders in the process of achieving Swarajya.
Honorable Revenue Minister Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has nicely explained the thought process of King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In line with this thought process, the BJP too has launched the “Karyakarta- Karta Dharta” theme to respect all party workers who work hard towards the growth of the party. Without dedicated party workers, it is impossible for any leader to achieve desired targets with reference to the election process or proposed works during his active tenure. Ultimately, these party workers are important to convey appropriate messages to the voters. These party workers try to build a great relationship with voters and eventually help to strengthen the party everywhere. 
Honorable Revenue Minister Mr Chandrakant Dada Patil has precisely explained the approach of Great King Shivaji Maharaj about all these stakeholders of Swarajya. While concluding his video, he has also explained that the BJP will try to implement the thought process of the Great King Shivaji Maharaj by using an all-inclusive approach for all the pillars of the BJP.
He said that he strongly believes that this “Karyakarta- Karta Dharta” theme will definitely inspire all BJP workers in the state and their substantial support in the upcoming Vidhan Sabha election will be highly significant. This approach of the BJP leaders to appreciate and motivate all party workers is appreciable. Being the experienced and seasoned leader that he is, Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil has explained this approach using a Twitter video and has shown his respect for all BJP party activists.
